To begin the application process, interested candidates must visit the official website ofAIIMS Nagpur. The online registration form will be available on the website from 5th July 2023. Candidates are required to fill in the necessary details accurately and provide the required documents as per the instructions provided.
The registration process will close on 31st July 2023. It is important to note that after this date, no further applications will be accepted. Therefore, candidates are encouraged to complete their registration well in advance to avoid any last-minute issues.
If any changes or corrections are required in the submitted application, candidates can make edits until 31st July 2023. However, it is advised to review and verify all details before submitting the application to minimize the need for corrections later.
Once the application has been submitted successfully, candidates are advised to print a copy of their application form for future reference. The last date for printing the application is 15th August 2023.
Payment of the application fee can be made online from 5th July 2023 to 31st July 2023. It is essential to complete the fee payment within this period to ensure the successful submission of the application. Failure to pay the application fee may lead to the rejection of the application.

HOW TO APPLY
Candidates can apply ONLY through online mode from 05.07.2023 to 31.07.2023, and no other mode of application will be accepted. Please follow the detailed guidelines and procedures provided below:
A. Application Registration:
- Visit the AIIMS, Nagpur website and click on the "Click here to Apply Online" link, which will open a new screen.
- To register the application, choose the tab "Click here for New Registration" and enter your Name, Contact details, and Email-id.
- A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An email and SMS containing the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent to you. You can reopen the saved data using the Provisional registration number and password to edit the particulars, if needed.
- Upload the following scanned documents:
- Photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm)
- Signature (with black ink)
- Left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink)
- Handwritten declaration (on white paper with black ink) (text given below) Ensure that these scanned documents adhere to the required specifications mentioned in Point 10 (C) below.
- If you are unable to complete the application form in one go, you can save the entered data by choosing the "SAVE AND NEXT" tab. Before final submission, use the "SAVE AND NEXT" facility to verify the details and make any necessary modifications. Visually Impaired candidates should carefully fill the application form, verify the details, and ensure their correctness before final submission.
- Carefully fill and verify the details in the online application form yourself, as no changes will be possible after clicking the FINAL SUBMIT BUTTON.
- The candidate's name, as well as their Father's/Husband's name, should be spelled correctly in the application form, matching the certificates/mark sheets/identity proof. Any change/alteration found may disqualify the candidature.
- Validate your details and save your application by clicking the 'Validate your details' and 'Save & Next' button.
- Proceed to upload your Photo & Signature as per the specifications provided in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Photograph and Signature (detailed under Point 10 (C) below).
- Fill in the other details of the Application Form.
- Click on the Preview Tab to review and verify the entire application form before FINAL SUBMIT.
- Modify any details, if required, and click on 'FINAL SUBMIT' ONLY after verifying and ensuring the correctness of the uploaded photograph, signature, and other details.
- Click on the 'Payment' Tab and proceed for payment.
- Click on the 'Submit' button.
B. Payment of Fees: Candidates are required to make the payment of Application Fee/Intimation Charges through ONLINE mode only.
- The application form is integrated with the payment gateway. Follow the instructions to complete the payment process.
- Payment can be made using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets.
- After submitting your payment information in the online application form, PLEASE WAIT FOR THE INTIMATION FROM THE SERVER. DO NOT PRESS BACK OR REFRESH BUTTON to avoid double charges.
- On successful completion of the transaction, an e-Receipt will be generated.
- Non-generation of 'E-Receipt' indicates PAYMENT FAILURE. In such cases, login again using your Provisional Registration Number and Password and repeat the paymentprocess.
- Take a printout of the e-Receipt and online Application Form containing fee details. If you cannot generate the same, the online transaction may not have been successful.
- For Credit Card users: All charges are listed in Indian Rupees. If you use a non-Indian credit card, your bank will convert the amount to your local currency based on prevailing exchange rates.
- Close the browser window once your transaction is completed to ensure the security of your data.
- You can print the application form containing fee details after payment of fees.
Please note the following important points:
- All the particulars mentioned in the online application, including the Name of the Candidate, Category, Date of Birth, Address, Mobile Number, Email ID, venue of the interview, etc., will be considered final, and no change/modifications will be allowed after submission of the online application form. Fill in the application form with utmost care as no correspondence regarding changes of details will be entertained. AIIMS will not be responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete details in the application form.
- An email/SMS with the Registration Number and Password will be sent to the candidate's registered email ID/mobile number as an acknowledgement of successful registration. If you do not receive the email and SMS intimations, consider that your online application has not been registered successfully.
- An incomplete application form, without a proper passport-size photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration, or unsuccessful fee/intimation charges payment, will not be considered valid.
- Apply online well before the closing date to avoid any technical issues or heavy load on the website/internet.
Note: The above procedure is the only valid method for submitting an application. No other mode of application or incomplete steps will be accepted, and such applications will be rejected. Furnishing false information in the application may lead to prosecution/civil consequences.
C. Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Documents: Before applying online, ensure that you have scanned (digital) images of the following documents as per the given specifications:
- Photograph Image (4.5cm X 3.5cm):
- Recent passport-style color picture.
- Taken against a light-colored, preferably white, background.
- Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.
- Avoid squinting, harsh shadows, and "red-eye."
- If wearing glasses, ensure no reflections and clear visibility of eyes.
- Caps, hats, and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed if it does not cover the face.
- Dimensions:800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e. 10 cm * 5 cm (Width * Height).
- File Size: 50 KB – 100 KB
Procedure for Uploading Documents |
---|
1. While filling in the Online Application Form, the candidate will be provided with separate links for uploading the left thumb impression and hand-written declaration. |
2. Click on the respective link "Upload left thumb impression/hand-written declaration". |
3. Browse and select the location where the scanned left thumb impression/hand-written declaration file has been saved. |
4. Click on the file to select it. |
5. Click the 'Open/Upload' button. Your online application will not be registered unless you upload your left thumb impression and hand-written declaration as specified. |
6. If the file size and format are not as prescribed, an error message will be displayed. |
7. Preview the uploaded image to check the quality. If the image is unclear or smudged, you may re-upload it to ensure clarity and quality. |
Note: |
1. If the face in the photograph, signature, left thumb impression, or hand-written declaration is unclear or smudged, the candidate's application may be rejected. |
2. After uploading the left thumb impression/hand-written declaration, candidates should verify that the images are clear and uploaded correctly. If they are not prominently visible, candidates can edit their application and re-upload the left thumb impression/hand-written declaration before submitting the form. |
3. After registering online, candidates are advised to take a printout of their system-generated online application forms. |
