Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has officially announced the notification regarding correction of particulars in RR forms filled through online mode of Class 9th Session 2022-24 JD who are going to appear in the Class 10th/A/R/2024,JD.It is notified for the information to all the affiliated Govt./Pvt. High/ Higher Secondary institutions falling under Jammu Division to apply for correction if any in the Registered particulars as recorded in the Registered Return of the candidates submitted through online mode pertaining to the student of class 9th for the session 2022-23, who are going to appear in the class 10th examination, Session Annual Regular, 2024 JD.

The institutions can apply for correction w.e.f 01-04-23 to 10-04-2023 without any penalty and thereafter correction fee of Rs 200/- per candidate be charged upto 30-04-2023 and the correction cases keep along with the relevant supporting documents (8th class original Marks card + checklist mentioning R.R Nos) be submitted to Divisional office and the concerned Sub/Branch office through offline mode as per annexure 'A' appended with this notification.

The Assistant Secretary/s/Incharge Officers of Sub/Branch Office of JKBOSE shall consolidate and verify the same as per 8th class marks card and forwarded all such eligible cases to the R.R Section, JD in hard copy as well as in soft copy (in excel format only at the email - rrsectionjd@gmail.com)
