NOTICE

Pursuant to the selection and recommendation made by the J&K Service Selection Board vide No. JKSSB/23/2023-03(E-7164134) dated 13.06.2023 and duly forwarded by the Administrative Department to this office vide No. REV-NG/13/2023(7152177) dated 28.06.2023, we are pleased to announce the final selection list of candidates for the post of Junior Stenographer and Steno Typist in various cadres within the Revenue Department. This recruitment process was advertised vide Notification No. 02 of 2021 dated 26.03.2021 under item numbers 429, 434, 437, 440, 443, 445, 446, 449, 452, 456, 459, 465, 472, and 476.

The selected candidates, whose names are listed in the annexure to this notice, are requested to submit their email addresses and mobile numbers to the office of the Financial Commissioner Revenue, J&K, located at Rail Head Complex, Jammu, and Tankipora, Srinagar. This submission is for the purpose of registration under the Employee Verification System (EVS) Portal, which is necessary for obtaining character and antecedent verification.

As per the circular instructions issued by the General Administration Department vide No. 18-JK(GAD) of 2022 dated 20.05.2022, under endorsement No. GAD-MTGORBIV/79/2021-09-GAD dated 20.05.2022, we kindly request all selected candidates to complete this process within a period of 21 days from the date of issuance of this notice. This is a crucial step in the appointment process, and your prompt cooperation is highly appreciated.

Please be advised that candidates who fail to submit their email addresses and mobile numbers within the stipulated 21-day period will be presumed not to be willing to accept the appointment offered as per the aforementioned selection in the Revenue Department. Consequently, they will forego their right to the appointment without any further notice.
