JKPSC Declaration of Result and Document Verification for Medical Officer Ayurvedic Posts

Subject: Filling up of the posts of Medical Officer Ayurvedic, in Health and Medical Education Department - Declaration of Result and Verification of documents of provisionally selected candidates thereof.

In compliance with the Jammu and Kashmir Indian System of Medicines (Gazetted) Service Recruitment Rules, 2006, as notified through SRO 379 dated 12.12.2006, and the J&K Public Service Commission (Conduct of Examination) Rules, 2022, in conjunction with the J&K Public Service Commission (Business & Procedure) Rules, 2021, as amended up to date, the combined merit of candidates from the written test conducted on 25.06.2023 and their academic performance is provided in Annexure-A of this notification.

Subsequent to the above, candidates listed in Annexure-B are hereby directed to attend the Verification Committees at the J&K Public Service Commission's office in either Jammu or Srinagar on 31.08.2023 (Thursday) at 09.30 AM. This is for the purpose of verifying original certificates/documents that substantiate their claims related to age, educational qualifications, internship, registration by State Medical Council or equivalent, and category. This verification is carried out in accordance with Rule 27 & 28 of J&K Public Service Commission (Business & Procedure) Rules, 2021. Non-appearance for document verification will be the responsibility of the candidates.

Note: The inclusion of candidates in Annexure-B is provisional and exclusively for the document verification process. It does not grant these candidates any preferential rights or claims for selection/recommendation/appointment. The final selection will be made based on the rules and subject to the outcome of any pending petitions in Court(s) of Law.
