Important Notice: Issuance of Admit Cards for JKSSB OMR Based Written Examination

The Government of Jammu and Kashmir is pleased to announce an essential update regarding the upcoming OMR Based Written Examination for the posts of Junior Assistant and Junior Assistant cum Computer Operator, advertised under Advertisement Notification No. 01 of 2022, item No.s 001 to 017.

Date of Examination: 21st September 2023

Admit Card Availability: Candidates scheduled for the examination on 21st September 2023 can access their Admit Cards on the official website of the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) starting from 15th September 2023 at 04:00 PM. Please visit www.jkssb.nic.in to download your Admit Card.

How to Download JKSSB Admit Card 2023?
1. Visit the official website of JKSSB, www.jkssb.nic.in.
2. Look for the "E-Admit Card" option on the homepage.
3. Click on the "LOGIN" link/button.
4. Enter your log-in credentials, including your E-mail ID and Date of Birth (DOB).
5. Verify your basic details displayed on the screen.
6. Click on the 'View and Print E-Admit Card' button.
7. Your JKSSB E-Admit Card will be displayed.
8. Download and print your E-admit card.
  Note: It is mandatory to bring a printed copy of your E-Admit Card on the day of the examination.

In case of any issues related to Admit Card download or other queries, candidates can reach out to the JKSSB Help-Desk at the following numbers:

- Srinagar: 0194-2435089

The Help-Desk will be active from 15th September 2023 to 21st September 2023 during office hours.

Candidates are advised to read the instructions on the Admit Card carefully and ensure compliance.

**Important Information for Candidates:**
- Misrepresentation, concealment of material facts, impersonation, fraud, etc., in claiming eligibility will result in the cancellation of candidature and appropriate disciplinary action.
- The Board reserves the right to cancel the candidature of any candidate found ineligible at any stage.
- Negative marking (1/4th of allotted marks for each wrong answer) will be applicable for wrong answers.
- Detailed selection criteria and syllabi for the posts are available on the official JKSSB website.

Please note that Admit Cards will not be sent by post. Candidates are advised to stay updated by regularly visiting the JKSSB's official website (www.jkssb.nic.in) for the latest updates regarding the examination.
