Important Notice - Provisional Answer Key for Data Entry Operator Exam

The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) recently conducted the Written Examination for the post of Data Entry Operator within the Election Department. This examination was advertised under Advertisement Notification No. 04 of 2020, with Item No. 098, and took place on the 8th of October, 2023.

We are pleased to inform you that the Provisional Answer Key for this examination is now available. The answer key for each question paper series (Series A, B, C, and D) has been provided in Annexure "A" attached to this notice.

Objection Process:

If you have any objections or concerns regarding the provisional answer key, you have the opportunity to submit your objections or representations. To do so, please follow these important guidelines:

1. Utilize the prescribed format/proforma, which is annexed herewith as Annexure "B" to this notice.

2. Include the necessary documentary proof or evidence substantiating your claim. Please submit hard copies only.

3. A fee of Rs. 200/- per question is required for each objection. This fee should be paid in the form of a demand draft, made out in favor of the "Accounts Officer, J&K Services Selection Board."

Important Notes:

• The fee of Rs. 200/- per question will be refunded if your representation or objection is found to be genuine and correct.

• The acceptance or non-acceptance of objections will not be communicated individually to candidates.

• Objections or representations must be submitted offline only, at either of the following locations:

  a) J&K Services Selection Board, CPO Chowk, Panjtirthi, Jammu

  b) J&K Services Selection Board, Zamzam Building, Rambagh, Srinagar

• The submission period for objections/representations will be open for three working days, starting from the 9th of October, 2023. Please submit your objections during the official office hours only.

Important Dates:

• Start of objection submission period: 9th October, 2023

• Last date for objection submission: 11th October, 2023

We kindly request all candidates to adhere to these guidelines and deadlines. The Board will not entertain any representations or objections received after the stipulated period or through any other mode.
