• Dates: The Documents Verification cum Interview/Viva Voce process is tentatively scheduled to be held from 06th to 08th May 2024.

• Required Documents: Candidates are required to bring the following original documents/certificates along with one set of self-attested copies:

  1. Copy of Online application form.
  2. Two passport size recent color photographs.
  3. Original photo ID Proof (Aadhar card/Voter Card/Pan Card/Passport, etc.).
  4. DOB Certificate (10th Diploma/Marks card).
  5. 10+2 Diploma/Marks card.
  6. Valid Category certificate (if applicable).
  7. Domicile Certificate.
  8. Graduation Degree and Marks Card from a recognized University.
  9. Bonafide Certificate from the Controller/Registrar of the concerned University/Institute for candidates who obtained qualifications from outside the UT of J&K.
  10. Checklist sheet/form (Annexure B) for submission during Documents Verification cum Interview/Viva Voice.
  11. Other documents as per the prescribed qualifications mentioned in the Advertisement Notification.

• Advisory: Candidates are advised to ensure they have all the necessary documents ready for verification and to comply with the schedule provided. No requests for changes in the schedule will be entertained.
