Announcement - Provisional Selection List for B.Sc. Nursing/B.Sc Para-Medical/B.Sc. Technology Courses-2023

In accordance with Notification No. 063-BOPEE of 2023 dated 20.08.2023, the J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) is pleased to announce the provisional selection list of candidates for admission to the B.Sc. Nursing/B.Sc. Para-Medical/B.Sc. Technology Courses-2023 in Government/Private Colleges/Institutions of the UT of Jammu & Kashmir. This selection follows the successful completion of the First Round of online counseling held from 25-08-2023 to 30-08-2023.

Candidates who have been provisionally allotted seats based on their merit and preferences during the online counseling process are hereby notified. The list of selected candidates can be accessed in Annexure-A, available exclusively on the official website of the Board: www.jkbopee.gov.in.

Admission Process and Reporting Dates:

Selected candidates are required to report to their respective Colleges/Institutions for the completion of the admission process from September 25, 2023, to October 2, 2023. During this reporting period, candidates must bring the following original documents:

1. 12th Class Marks Card.
2. Domicile Certificate.
3. Category Certificate, if applicable.
4. Paramedical (12th Based) Diploma (For Lateral Entry candidates only).
5. Any other document as may be required by the College Authorities.

Important Note:

• It is mandatory for provisionally selected candidates to report for admission by or before 02.10.2023, 04:00 p.m. Failure to do so will render them ineligible for further rounds of counseling, if conducted.

• Colleges/Institutions must submit any seat shortfall on 02.10.2023, by 05:00 p.m., to enable the Board to take appropriate action.

Important Reminders:

• Admission is provisional and may be canceled if any information is found to be false or fabricated. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

• Candidates must ensure the accuracy of their documents, especially Category Certificates.

• For Persons with Disabilities, compliance with INC Guidelines and relevant regulatory body requirements is crucial.

• Institutions must verify the eligibility of candidates for B.Sc. Paramedical Courses under Lateral Entry.

• Admission counters should be open on holidays/off days for candidates' convenience.

• Institutions must keep records and report candidate shortfalls promptly.

• CDP Category seats will be allocated based on valid Priority Certificates during the Second Round of counseling.

• Seat allocations have been adjusted based on the actual approved intake communicated by the College Development Council, University of Jammu.
