Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF), a Government of India Undertaking, is inviting applications for the post of Rajbhasha Adhikari/Officer (Hindi) in E1 Grade. Job Title	Rajbhasha Adhikari/Officer (Hindi)
Grade	E1
Pay Scale	Rs. 40,000 – 140,000
Educational Qualification	Master's degree from a recognized university in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject, or as the medium of examination at the degree level.
Desirable Qualification	Regular and full-time Diploma or certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa from a recognized institute or university. Knowledge of Marathi is preferable.
Minimum Percentage	Candidates should have secured a minimum of 60% in the final year/aggregate of the last two semesters of their post-graduation degree.
Maximum Age	The upper age limit for the UR (Unreserved) category is 34 years as of 01.06.2023. There is a 5-year age relaxation for candidates belonging to the Children/family members of the victims of the 1984 riots category.
Experience	Minimum of two years of experience in using or applying terminology (terminological work) in Hindi and translation work from English to Hindi or vice versa, preferably of technical or scientific literature.

Salary and Benefits	E1 Grade pay scale: Rs. 40,000 – 140,000. Additional benefits include company accommodation (subject to availability), Performance Related Pay (PRP), free medical facility for self and dependents, gratuity, contributory provident fund, accident insurance, pension scheme, and social security schemes as per company rules.
