PROVISIONAL SELECTION LIST FOR ADMISSION TO M.Sc. TECHNOLOGY COURSES 2023 AT SKIMS, SOURA SRINAGAR

Reference: Notification No. 004-BOPEE of 2024, dated 05.01.2024 | Notification No. 007-BOPEE of 2024 Dated 20-01-2024

In accordance with Notification No. 004-BOPEE of 2024 dated 05.01.2024, the Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) conducted the 2nd/Mop-up Round of counseling on 19.01.2024, simultaneously at BOPEE offices in Srinagar and Jammu. Following the completion of this counseling round, the provisional selection list of candidates for admission to M.Sc. Technology Courses 2023 at SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar, has been released.

The list of candidates provisionally selected for admission is available on the official website of the Board: www.jkbopee.gov.in. Candidates are advised to refer to Annexure-A for the detailed selection list.

Important Instructions for Provisionally Selected Candidates:

1. Reporting Deadline: Provisionally selected candidates are required to report to SKIMS Soura, Srinagar, by 25.01.2024, until 04:00 p.m.

2. Documents Required (Original):

   • Domicile Certificate of J&K/UT of Ladakh (ST certificate for UT of Ladakh candidates).
   • Marks Card of the requisite courses.
   • Degree Certificate.
   • Date of birth proof (10th class marks card/Diploma issued by the Board).
   • Experience/Work Certificate (wherever required).
   • Valid Reserved Category Certificate (if applicable).
   • Any other document/certificate as requested by the Admission Authorities of the Institute.

Note:

1. According to Section 9(2) of the J&K Reservation Act 2004, 11 seats from various Reserved Categories were converted to Open Merit based on merit/preference Course-wise due to non-availability of eligible candidates in the respective Reserved Categories.

2. Admission is provisional and will be canceled if any furnished information is found to be false/fabricated. Legal action will be initiated against such candidates.

3. SKIMS Management is urged to ensure the veracity of documents, especially Category Certificates, where admission is granted in lieu of a Reserved Category.

4. Head of the Institution is required to download this notification and Annexure-A from the official website (www.jkbopee.gov.in) for reference and record.

5. The Head of the Institution must address any shortfalls, if any, to the Board via email: helpdeskjakbopee@gmail.com / coejakbopee@gmail.com / jakbopee@gmial.com by 25.01.2024, until 05:00 p.m.
