Subject: Engagement of Contractual Teacher (English)

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the engagement of one Contractual Teacher (Assistant Professor) in English for teaching UG/PG students in the Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Horticulture, Faculty of Forestry, and Faculty of Agricultural Engineering at SKUAST-Jammu, Chatha. Interested candidates may submit their applications to The Dean, Faculty of Agriculture, SKUAST-Jammu, Chatha-180009 on or before 25/06/2023, up to 4.00 P.M through speed post. The application form can be loaded from the website of SKUAST-Jammu at https://www.skuast.org.

The engagement of the Contractual Teacher (English) shall be purely on an academic arrangement basis for a period of one semester initially for the academic session 2023-24. It may be extendable for one more (next) semester on a need basis. The criteria for engagement of Contractual Teacher (English) and the remuneration to be paid shall be strictly as per the SKUAST-Jammu Guidelines issued vide Notification No. 09 (Secy.) of 2017 dated 11/05/2017 and Notification No. 06 (Secy.) of 2021 dated 05/05/2021.
