Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences & Technology, Kashmir is inviting online applications from the domicile of UT of Jammu and Kashmir for various posts at Agriculture Education, Multimedia Training & Research Centre (AEMTRC), SKUAST-K, Shalimar. The university is seeking to fill the posts of Media Producer and Editor, Cameraman, Print & Online Journalist, Digital Press Operator, Computer Programmer, and Animation Graphist/Graphic Designer. Eligibility criteria for the posts:

2.	Print & Online Journalist	- Masters Degree in Mass Communication	- Minimum 02 years of experience in Print/Online Journalism from a reputed organization
			- Knowledge of new media including social media & production of multimedia content for cross media platforms
3.	Cameraman	- Graduation	- Diploma in Cinematography from a recognized institute
			- Skill proof of making short films/documentaries
			- Experience of working as Cameraman in short-films/documentaries/news packages
4.	Digital Press Operator	- ITI trained/Diploma in Operation of Printing Press	- Minimum of 01 year of experience in the related field

5.	Computer Programmer	- B.E./B.Tech(IT or E&C or Computer Engg. or Computer Science Engg.)/MCA from a recognized University/Institution	- 3 years of experience as Computer programmer/Assistant programmer/Program Manager from a reputed organization
			- Knowledge of Design and development of Website/AMS/UMS/ HRMS/PRMS.
6.	Animation Graphist/Graphic Designer	- Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts/designing with at least two years of experience as graphic designer from a reputed organization	- 10+2 with one year diploma in Multimedia Application/Computer Graphics and Designing from a recognized University/Institute

Application Fee:

Fee payable: Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One thousand only).
Fee can be paid only online through Net Banking, Credit or Debit Cards.
Applications received without the prescribed fee shall not be considered and summarily rejected.

Note: In-service candidates are required to submit/send their Application Form(s) through proper channel, to Registrar, SKUAST-K, Shalimar, Srinagar, UT of J&K–190025 by or before 10th of September, 2023.

General Conditions:

The last date for receipt of Application Forms shall be the cutoff date for determining eligibility.
The application will be accepted only in the prescribed format through the University website.
Reservation for various categories shall be applicable in accordance with the provisions of Jammu and Kashmir Reservation Rules 2005.
Candidates seeking consideration under any reserved category must possess a valid category certificate as on the cutoff date.
Canvassing by any candidate in any form will render them disqualified for the post.
The original certificates and testimonials in possession of the candidate on or before the last date of receipt of Application Form(s) shall be required to be produced at the time of verification of documents and ascertaining eligibility.
The candidates may note that their candidature shall remain provisional till the genuineness of their qualification/category certificate(s) is verified by the University.
The number of posts indicated is tentative and subject to change at the discretion of the University.
The University reserves the right to withdraw or defer filling up of any or all posts advertised.
Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate Application Forms for each post.
In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction for legal proceedings shall be restricted to the Courts at Srinagar, UT of J&K.
The service conditions, including the mode of appointment, shall be governed in accordance with the SKUAST-K Statutes and rules of the University, together with the provisions of J&K CSR, wherever applicable at the time of appointment.
No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for participation in the selection process.
