Teaching Job Recruitment in J&K 2023 | Teachhing Job in Cluster Resource Coordinator Jammu 2023

Applications are invited through online mode on the prescribed format from motivated and qualified Post-Graduate candidates who are domiciled in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. The positions are for the temporary role of "Cluster Resource Coordinator for Teaching Support" in Government High and Higher Secondary Schools across various districts of Jammu Division. The engagement will be effective until the end of the Academic Session 2023-2024 (31st March 2024).

Position: Cluster Resource Coordinator for Teaching Support.

Engagement Period: Until 31st March 2024.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates applying for the position of Cluster Resource Coordinator for Teaching Support must fulfill the following criteria:

Possess a Post-Graduate degree with a minimum of 50% marks in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
Should be domiciled in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

Terms and Conditions:

The hiring will be on a "Temporary Basis" at the Higher Secondary Level (and Secondary level as needed), with a monthly remuneration of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand only).
Selection will be based on merit, which will be assessed separately for each district and subject.
The engagement will be in effect until 31st March 2024, subject to performance and feedback from the respective school Heads.
Candidates selected for temporary hiring will not have preferential claim for regular selection.
The temporary hiring will conclude on 31st March 2024, without further notice or information, or until regular arrangements are made by the Government, whichever occurs earlier.

Age Criteria: Candidates should not exceed 40 years of age as of 1st January 2023. The candidate's birth date should not be after 01-01-2005 or before 01-01-1983.

Domicile: Candidates must be domiciled in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir and possess a domicile certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format as of the last date for online application submission.

Candidates should apply online through the Directorate of School Education Jammu's website at www.schedujammu.nic.in from 10th August 2023, 12:00 Noon, to 20th August 2023. No other mode of application will be accepted.
Upload a recent passport-size colored photograph.
Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
Self-attested certificates/testimonials should accompany the application.
Any false, incomplete, incorrect, or forged information will result in the cancellation of the application.

Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected based on merit using the following scale of weightage:

Post-Graduation - 80 Points (pro-rata basis)
M.Phil - 05 Points (across the board)
Ph.D/NET/SET - 10 Points (across the board, awarded for one only if the candidate holds all three)
Publications (National & international level) - 05 Points (up to a maximum of 5 points)

Total: 100 Points

In case of a tie, the candidate with higher marks in Post-Graduation will be given preference. If the tie persists, it will be resolved based on Undergraduate marks, and if necessary, the applicant's age will be considered.

Merit lists will be prepared district-wise based on domicile.
